How should I store my supplements?

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. For maximum freshness, we recommend refrigerating after opening.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and are shown clearly at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within Europe. We hope to expand to other regions soon - sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we do!

What if there's a problem with my order?

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used supplements.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@vemega.shop

For unopened items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned at your own expense. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
